Project Delivery Group offers the following services:

Civil Engineering – Project Delivery Group provides Civil Engineering services related to public and private infrastructure, and system modeling.
Project Management – Project Delivery Group offers full service Project Management related to the implementation of capital and process projects. We also provide Program Management services when it is appropriate to manage a group or class of projects together.
Value Engineering – We utilize the value analysis process of SAVE – the Value Society to conduct studies on both capital projects, and process implementation. The approach can be applied to achieve cost, schedule, and/or performance improvements. Our two Principals are certified as Associate Value Specialists.
Land Use Planning – Project Delivery Group provides planning services related to local and state entitlements for land use projects.
Financial Oversight – Project Delivery Group assists government and private clients with debt issuance and management as well as financial analysis, process analysis, planning, budgeting and policy development.
